As strong arm of the National University of Rwanda, we’re proud to have contributed and enriched Rwanda’s web presence through development of dynamic websites for both public and private institutions. Promotion of ICT for Development has since turned into an obsession as we turn our focus to the general public with a combination of short training on web design and programming, GIS and networking, as an addition to our specialty in web development.
